Made a withdraw of 4149€ from loki, got my account verified and everything seemed to be as it should. After few days i contacted the support chat to see how the procedure is going, their respond was that withdraws take 3-5 days and they just told me to wait.

After 5 Days i contacted their chat again to see why my withdraws werent being accepted but this time i got answered that the procedure takes 5 BUSINESS days wich was weird to me since they never mentioned that before.

After 5 Business days i contacted them AGAIN to see if my withdraws were being accepted but again i got the same answer, "withdraw is in process, please wait"

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
