Player's Complaint
Hi, I have had a withdrawal cancelled and funds removed. This is because I span over 30% of my deposit on roulette. My argument with Lord of the spins is that I had already requested a withdrawal before I played roulette. Please can you help, don't know what to do.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Lord of the Spins do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
