I have deposited a total of 750 over a number of months, this week I deposited 50 but tried to withdraw 1000, I have since passed all the relevant security but there not paying out as I played for bonus spins of 90 they have since cancelled my withdrawal where do I stand on this??

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Lord of the Spins do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Specifically what reason have the operator given you for non-payment?

It was from buying a £90 bonus buy on a slot it was over the 30% deposit rule

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
