hi casino was lotto go i deposited and took 60 free spins which i had to deposit 30 pounds i won 9 pound from free spins i then played bonanza won 450 i came out thought great i never used bonus funds it was still my cash funds but the casino jad locked my funds i checked with casino and i was right cash then bonis funds so i asked why my balance is locked they said i went into bonus but i know for a fact i had used only 10 pound cash funds my cash funds was still showing 22 pound so how did i go into bonus? Any way i did wager and they realeased my money to a max of 60 pound i lost the rest this aint right or fair chat was no help i collectes 80 in the end but why have i lost my 400 when i was in cash funds the casino is lotto go never had a problem before shame really

I have just calculated the bet in and out and after a 30 pound deposit before hitting the bonus i spent 17 pound in cash money bonus money was 9.47 so i was 4 pound clear i also have a copy of there terms stating deposit money used first cheers i will email it to you
