Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group of operators that is both negatively listed with this service and who have historically been non-cooperative when complaints have been submitted to us.

While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hello, is there any progress in my case? An update for you: I did receive my deposit but the winnings are confiscated still. There is something fishing of course. I deposited 150,- Euros and they gave me back "my deposit of 272.50 Euros". I am not alone. There are similiar cases on the internet. As long as you lose they are happy but they won't pay the winnings. This is there business plan. This accusation is not profable on my side and you can say this also always. I wonder how these group of operators holds still a license. How is this possible? [EDIT]
