Player's Complaint

I have had £10,000 stuck in Luckland casino for many, many months. I have supplied an unbelievable amount of documents (some of them many times over). The process has been very slow. They are no longer asking for any further verification (there is nothing left they can ask for). So now they have gone silent on. If I contact them I get the same line each time and that is "your account is still under investigation". This has been the status for weeks and months. How long can this possibly last?

Hi ThePogg,

No problem about the delay - Christmas right in the middle of everything. I was just about to reply here as a payment was made by them over night. There was some basic communication from them, just to tell me they have closed my accounts and they will remain closed.

I do have money in at least one of their other casinos so this is my next job.
