I’ve been waiting since the 2nd Jan too receive my money from Luck Land I sent all the documents that were requested initially and then later they have asked for bank statements and income proof in order to make the withdrawl as stated this should be for affordability not for id checking. They won’t do anything or help. Although I keep in being promised that it’s being taken care of. I will not send bank statements as they won’t provide me with an aml number. I just want my money and I’ll close my account.

Proof of address/source of funds is a perfectly ordinary check that you would need to comply with before we could do anything to assist you.

I have provided the bank statement on Friday. They have asked for 3 months worth and income statements for affordability not with my cash out but as I am a new customer my bank statements with them on are only for one month and not completed.

Affordability questions asked a week later from withdrawl request shouldn’t be asked according to the gambling commission. The pop up on luck land has disappeared as well now but no one gets in touch too update me on what’s happening.

Hi yes I am, the company keep on telling me my account is being reviewed and I’ll receive updates accordingly. I’ve tried speaking to them everyday but get told the same thing no one answers my questions and the current review stands at 19 days for one document
