Lucky 247 - locked my account and put my deposit back
Lucky 24/7 co-operated fully with our investigation and the evidence that they presented was indicative of multiple associated accounts. As such we have made the decision not to pursue this complaint any further.
Unfortunately in cases like this it's fairly standard practice for casino operators to quote catch all terms rather than the specific multi-accounting terms as they do not like to discuss associated accounts at all due to concern about educating other players as to how to do this. In this case, it meant so delays while getting to the real crux of the issue.
It should be acknowledged that Lucky 24/7's approach to ensuring the privacy of the personal information of their players in this situation was by far the most professional we've seen.
I read about you on casinomeister had some good replies and really like your style, I want to file a complaint against lucky 247 they mistreated me and are not paying me out my winnings.
I made an account and played for a while on march after I made a cash out of €1408 after no responds for a while I got an email;
"In this review it has been determined that the game play has contravened of the term and condition 8.2 and 19.3 point vii) that you have agreed to. Based on this finding your recent winnings and balances have been forfeited, your last deposit refunded and you will no longer be able to access your account."
They will not tell me anything more about the reason they say I did abused the system I did not know anything about that. It is just a rule so they could void everybody's money.
I hope you can take a look at it for me they don't respond to me anymore.
P.s this rule says you cannot bet anything you want anymore.This is crazy a gambler can decide for himself what betsize he want to do.
