Player's Complaint

I played a 100% bonus and received 400 euros on 17/4/2021 on LuckyBet. Prior to playing I checked the rules, they had a maximum cashout of 10 x the bonus received. After wagering I had a total of 4100€, but they ended up [EDIT] 3300€ of that, and transferred 800 euros of cash into my account.
