Player's Complaint

Withdrew $525 CAD, after four days still in pending status, asked to have monies depositd back into casino account while they tried to "fix" a missing page link to allow withdrawals to bank account (clearly states they do not do that in their fineprint, was told to open a skrill or neteller account, $525 back in account, while I was playing I was kicked off site, went to log back in, was told account closed to contact support, no one has given a straight answer, can't contact them nor access my account. Can you help me get my monies?

I need to point out that submitting two complaints in quick succession where two independent operators have both concluded that your accounts were problematic suggests that the problem may be at your end rather than the operator's.

I've spoken to the operator about this issue and it apparently stems back to the fact that you've used different details than shown on your ID to register your account.

The operator informs me that this issue has now been resolved and your payment has been sent. Can you confirm this?
