Lucky Louis - Problem with withdrawal

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Lucky Louis to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

I put money in and then accidently put more in instead of withdrawing it. When I tried to withdraw it it tells me I can't take it because I have an active bonus. They won't tell me where to use these active bonuses. It also says I ask to cancel the bonuses and then take my money but they haven't done that either, I am just getting ignored. I sent message after message and e-mails. I have tried spending the bonus money but it uses more of my money and then another active bonus appears!! I just want my money back.

I really hope you can help me, their service is appauling, they have £215 of my money and won't let me take it out or spend it, I have begged them!

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest at this juncture is that you contact the operator’s ADR, eCOGRA.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
