Lucky Louis - Problem with withdrawal

Player's Complaint
I put money in and then accidently put more in instead of withdrawing it. When I tried to withdraw it it tells me I can't take it because I have an active bonus. They won't tell me where to use these active bonuses. It also says I ask to cancel the bonuses and then take my money but they haven't done that either, I am just getting ignored. I sent message after message and e-mails. I have tried spending the bonus money but it uses more of my money and then another active bonus appears!! I just want my money back.
