Before I go any further I've got to be direct with you and say that if you do have another account with Lucky247 then there's nothing I can do to help you. As sympathetic as I am to the bad run you've had in life recently, these terms a specifically in place to prevent fraud. If casinos started not enforcing them because a player has had other things on their mind, every fraudster would start claiming the additional account was an accident that they just forgot about. I'm not saying that's what you're doing here, but I am saying that if you've got more than one account with Lucky247 there's little point in me even talking to the casino for you as their decision will not be changed. Moreover, as this is a violation of casino terms and conditions I would have to find this issue in favour of the casino.

Can you confirm whether or not you do have more than one account with Lucky247?

Hi there at the time im pritty shore I had a casino account with them but that account was logged in over a year ago because I got them to ask wen was.that account logged in and they said over a year ago and I made a new mobile account because a year is a long time and if it was that serious of a issue they should of pick up the problem soon as I opened the mobile account and the main thing that was getting me angry is for 3 to 4 days allright they said I was getting my money I have a friend who I  was with at the time and even he shock his head and said thats a deadset joke but shorely u could ask them for the phone records and stuff because I would ask for this one person I keeped getting I asked for his name and email address and that because I was guna put a complaint in about him and I asked that and he hunged up the phone on me I would ring back and the call was getting rejected. But they me the money had been processed and on its way to my account then a day or 2 later I ring and they tell me that I rekan its a joke and not very good service and if they are that dodgy and hiring untrained personel as there customer service then they should be shut down

While I understand your frustration it's perfectly standard for the security department to have the final say on a player being paid. They will be the last people to review any withdrawal before it's paid and as such there's nothing unusual in there being several days where customer support think you're going to be paid prior to a security review.

It may not be good service and you may not have been treated well by casino support but as there have been multiple accounts I cannot get your funds returned to you. If I can't get your funds returned to you there's no real purpose in contacting the casino. You did break their rules. They may not have handled you well afterwards, but that's the bottom line.

Hi there my names [EDIT] my email address is [EDIT] and thats the email address I used with Lucky247. 
 Okay, so a few months back I signed up with Lucky247 and and deposited $50 by Ukash and I withdrawed $700. They then said that they were confiscating that money and blocked my account and then I was talking with them on the phone and the reason for this because I had another account with them but I was not aware of that account as I asked the bloke to see when I last logged into this account and he said it was over a year ago and I then tried to speak to him about that issue I was not aware of this account at the time because I have been going through a bit of a rough patch in life. So then I asked for his name and contact details and also his managers contact details and he hanged up the phone but I would try ringing back and it would ring out like I was very angry at the time because of this and therefore I just didn't worry about it but they have my money and I want it and the reason I have only done something about it because I would contact them and they would want nothing to do with me and yeah but I only have just discoverd this site thepogg.com. I think this is a great idea and a really useful website and I hope to hear back from you guys as soon as yous get around to looking at this complaint.
