Hi, hoping someone can shed some light on the below, unfortunately their customer service department is so slow, and unhelpful. I signed up with £20, which they have taken, they gave me £20 bonus money. I had a few good wins but was unable to withdraw as i still have bonus money showing, I played for about 4 hours and every time I checked the bonus money reduced a little bit, eventually going completely. So I withdrew the full winnings, £311.82 and now 10 days later after confirming ID and such this has happened.
My initial win was with my own money, and the bonus money amount didn't reduce. After talking to customer services they are saying they will give me £100 (5 times the bonus amount they gave me).
Does anyone think this is right? please help, I've already stupidly spent the winnings on a new bike.

Unfortunately, if you've been playing with a bonus then Lucky247 are within their rights to restrict your winnings to £100. I don't particularly like these discretionary maximum win terms but unfortunately the term is legitimate.
