Lucky247 - Stalling/ Avoiding Payment

I deposited 250€ at Lucky247.com the 14th of February. I played some games, won, wagered the requirement. (Played and wagered according to T&C).
My winnings were approx. 1150€.
After submitting my documents, nothing happens.
I have spoken a number of times with the online support that only lead to asking for the documents again.
I have now sent them the requested documents, I have also sent them a selfie with my passport upon request 3 times.
Still nothing happens. I am close to report this casino to the authorities, as this is just a way of stalling payments and not honoring a clients request and no casino should hold a license if they are operating in this manner.
If that wasnt enough, they have also blocked me out of the account. So I can no longer log into my account there.
I have copies of transfer, mail correspondence and dates which I will gladly provide.
