Lucy Casino - requesting same documents over and ovvet

Player's Complaint
Back in March I made a deposit to Lucy Casino and ended with a balance of £3000. I tried to withdraw and was asked for many documents. I supplied everything asked of me but the casino keep on asking for the same documents over and over again. Meanwhile, in July the balance vanished listed as an “admin adjustment”. I am getting nowhere with them just endless circles. I hope you can help me.
