Player's Complaint
Hello. I'm sure the casino confiscated my money illegally. We are talking about a large amount of $2,349.
On November 20, I received a regular verification request. After verification, my account was confirmed and verification completed. On December 1, I received a letter that my account was blocked, and the winnings and deposits were confiscated.
In the letter, the casino points out these rules:
a. (I) Customer identity. You guarantee, provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date and complete identity information during the registration process.
d. In the event that LV BET has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, we may suspend or close the User Account and withhold any winnings.
I transfered deposit at the casino, after that I played and won. After I passed the verification. I've provided the casino my real documents. At this moment our cooperation with the casino was over. Casino only had to withdraw my money. Casino should have reported after the game if they believe I broke the rules. The casino did not report this, instead they carried out a regular verification and confirmed it. Casino security must explain what my actions violated the rules and provide evidence of my guilt. I didn't break the rules, I don't admit the charges, I don't have to prove my innocence. Please help me get my deposit and winnings back.
