Player's Complaint

They have blocked my emails but keep sending me emails regarding documentation approval, to date they are seeking a visa card that has been out of date couple months now that I only used couple times to deposit, I found this visa on my phone and sent them it but still getting emails back from outlook saying my emails failed to deliver, I would be grateful if you'd can please try to resolve this ASAP as this is going on too long now.
