hello. I wish to transmit this complaint for fraud of any level for the casino maneki that I was victim. I have made several deposits with an active bonus is I never received it. In addition the slots machine is trafficked. the same thing for a tournament which must be finished 15 days ago with a prize of 1500000 there is never a winner name. moreover I have several times money on my casino account which disappears overnight. I wish the refund of my deposits.Thanks

Before we go any further you need to clarify your claim. We do not pursue refund of losses based on general dissatisfaction with the result of gambling transactions.

You appear to be making four different claims:

i) That you never received bonuses. If you had not received a bonus you were entitled to why did you not contact the operator at that point?

ii) That the slots games you played are "trafficked". Presumably you are questioning the fairness of the games. Without millions of spins worth of data you do not have a large enough sample size to make this assertion.

iii) That you have been unable to find the results of a tournament. Have you asked the operator about this tournament?

iv) That money has been removed from your account. Have you reviewed your account history? Can you detail specifically how much has been removed and why you are contesting it?

hello thank you for your answer. I would like to indicate that my account at the casino was deactivated to erase all evidence. I asked for the results of the lotterij of a winnings of 1500000 euro but each time I did not receive a repnse. About the bonus I always activate the bonus box but after my deposit there is no bonus to add .on a can loan of 3000 euro I received only 250 euro of bonus. I asked the casino to correct the error on their system for bonus and I have never received a positive opinion. I would like to ask for repair due to ignorance on the part of the casino and its VIP manager

If you had claimed a bonus and did not receive it, why did you continue to play rather than contacting the operator/ourselves at that point? Specifically how much in bonuses do you believe you have not received?

good evening thank you for help. I see that there is at least 500 euro plus 5 tournament tickets and the big lottery. I think that the bonus system does not work it's just to attract customers thank you have nice day

You are making our job effectively impossible. If you do not know specifically which bonuses you think you claimed but did not receive, we cannot effectively investigate the transactions in question because we do not know which transactions to look at. You need to provide clearer information before we could help you.

Totalling the bonuses you did receive would not help. Your complaint relates to bonuses that you are asserting you claimed but never received. To pursue the issue we need to know specifically which bonuses you believe were not credited to your account that should have been.
