Found for the Player - Marathon Bet have informed us that they will not discuss this issue due to "data protection" laws. This is a false barrier that can be easily overcome.
Read our Marathon Bet Review.
I registrated in the casino on October 03, 2019. I 've been playing an active game a long time, I haven 't broken the rules and I 've been making a lot of bets. I provided documents for verification and received withdrawals several times. On November 4, I wanted to get a withdrawal as usual, but my account was put under further review.
The inspection lasted until November 20. Support dramatically changed position and claims that I did not use the account for game purposes. Such an accusation should have serious grounds and evidence, I do not want to denigrate my reputation with suspicion of serious criminal acts. They have cancelled my account and are not going to enter into correspondence with me. I tried to contact them, but they refuse to cooperate and respond with similar answer.
I assumed that the casino would faithfully fulfill the obligation to pay the winnings. Please, help me resolve my problem. I want the casino to return the confiscated money of $670 to my account.
Hi steel-stone,
Sadly Marathon Bet have informed us that they will not work with us in the management of player complaints.
Their justification for this is "Data Protection", however this is a false barrier as we discussed in this article - The Data Protection Lie - Using a Legal Misdirection to Legitimise Bad Practice.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
