Verification of my account has been on going since July 23rd, 2019. Marathon Beth checked my account for an obscene long time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On September 27, I received a message that my account was blocked because casino think I used account "not for game". I bet, play, verify, everything according to casino rules. I think they got it wrong, when closed my account, confiscated some of my funds. I didn 't break the rules. The rules are created to be adhered by both sides of the legal relationship, so I ask the casino to specify a clause of the rules that I allegedly violated. I also request evidence of this "violation". I confident in my actions and I know that I didn 't break anything.
At the beginning of the verification of my account there were 5,540 dollars, I received 4329.53, the rest of the casino kept, stating that according to the rules of the company Marathonbet decided to withhold fees paid for processing money entered and withdrawn to your account.
I thought the casino confiscated $1210. 47. It 's not commission, [EDIT]. In the casino rules there is no right of the casino to confiscate more than 20% of the win, it is audacity on their part. I 'm asking you to reconsider my case and return 1210. 47 dollars to my account.

Sadly Marathon Bet have informed us that they will not work with us in the management of player complaints.
Their justification for this is "Data Protection", however this is a false barrier as we discussed in this article - The Data Protection Lie - Using a Legal Misdirection to Legitimise Bad Practice.
