Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Marathon Bet to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I joined only this Friday just gone. I went through the automatic Yuhoo verification where they take a selfie of you, you submit a passport, and also my most recent council tax bill. I got an email to say my account was verified. I played slots on the site and got my balance up to £1322. Before I could withdraw I got a pop up go say my account was suspended. I contacted chat to ask what was going on and they said my account was being referred for a review. When I login to my account it says only the withdrawal option is available to me, so I withdraw my winnings. They have been sitting pending every since. I have emailed and gone into live chat but all I keep being told is my account will be reviewed. I’ve now gone onto Trustpilot and seen so many reviews similar to mine. I did not take a bonus, I did everything by the book with this casino and they suspended me and aren’t paying my winnings to me

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
