Player's Complaint

Hi guys, I signed up in Maria casino a couple of weeks ago. I played for two days until I sent my withdrawal request. A few days after my withdrawal request, I was no longer able to log into my account and received an email that my account was suspended. I tried to contact Maria casino but the support person told me that I was not welcome in their casino. They didn't give me a reason why they suspended my account. I have been trying to resolve the issue but no success so far. I will be thankful if you could help me with that. I currently have 2800 GBP locked in the website.

Hi Ikonabo6

I've spoken with Maria about this issue and they've informed me that your betting activity violated the following rule:

“If a player has an active bonus and wins more than twice the value of the bonus amount, they must stay playing in a game of similar or equal weighting until wagering has been completed. Moving from low weighted games like Blackjack, to high weighted games like slots, after a large win, for the sole purpose of completing wagering requirements, will result in the bonus and any winnings being removed.”

Did you move from a low weighted game to a high weighted game after a significant win?

Hello team, I do not agree with the statement above. I never moved from low to high weighted games or vice versa - I only played slots which weighted the same %. I believe all the slots in Maria casino have the same weight after just checking their T&Cs.
