Player's Complaint

So back in 2017 my account got rescricted with mega casino and I emailed mega casino to self exclude my account and further delete my account as I no longer wanted open into which I have the proof off ! Since may 2017 I never revived no emails or newsletters from mega casino as to which I was excluded so I thought was good ! In 2018 I sign up to cozino casino and I deoisted a lot with them and decided to self exclude with them as was coming out of control so I self excluded and when they sent me a email with my self excluded information mega casino is operated by the same license as cozino so I shouldn’t of been able to open a account with cozino and depoist in the first place ! I than contacted mega cozino and let them know of this who are now saying they are looking into it - but think it’s really bad I was only made aware of this when I recieve the email from cozino who I made aware of my self exclusion from mega casino and they are unwilling to refund my deposits ! I want my depoist retuned to me as this is a error made from mega casino who did not fulfill my request but somehow must off because I never revived no emails from them or depoist offers and none to this day so they must of self excluded me but don’t want to admit to there mistake and now I am paying for the consequences which I think is vey unfair ! I want my deoists retuned to me from cozino which they are liable for

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are Blacklisted with this service and are inconsistent in their response to complaints submitted to this site.

I'll contact the operator on your behalf, but you should be aware that the chances of a successful resolution are low.

Still haven’t heard anything from them ! They better sort this out as I’m getting the hump ! They have ignored my request and I’m still waiting ... the only outcome is for them to refund my depoists made to cozino as this is there fault

All we can recommend you do at this juncture is contact MegaCasino's ADR service eCOGRA.
