Hi, my name is [EDIT] and my user name is [EDIT] on Mighty Slots.

On the 15th of April I withdrew $200 in winnings. Since that time, I have submitted all the documents I needed to and miraculously got back an email of confirmation. However over 2 months later the money has not been paid to me. I have gone on chat with a support operator probably over a dozen times and sent email after email getting back automated confirmation of receiving my email and that they would have a representative get in touch with me within one working day. That has never happened. I stumbled on this site because I decided to do some research on Mighty Slots to see what came up. I am horrified to find that so many have the same story. Hi nanpo,

While it's taken a little while, I've discussed this issue at length with Might Slots casino. They will not be paying your balance as you've set up multiple accounts.

Unlike other issues which involve multiple accounts, I don't think this has been malicious intent on your part, rather a misunderstanding regarding what you are and are not allowed to do. My reasoning for this is that the other accounts are set up under the same of very similar details to the ones you've provided with no apparent attempt to hide the similarities in the information provided.

Below you'll find the terms related to setting up multiple accounts;

3. Only players who have registered a Real account are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings. and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

4. Each promotional offer is available only once per person. family. household address. email address. credit card number. and environments where computers are shared (university. fraternity. school. public library. workplace. etc).

Given that setting up multiple accounts is a clear breach of the above terms and conditions there's nothing further I can do to help you here. The best I can do is tell you that you can't set up additional accounts, especially not for the purposes of repeatedly claiming bonuses, at any online casino. It's a big red line and will always cause problems.

While I appreciate you're frustrated with MightySlots right now, posting on unrelated complaints discrediting won't make them more likely to pay you.

As I said in your own complaint page, I've contacted the casino. I would expect this to be a long process, but that's the nature of the group you've played with.
