Mighty Slots – Refusing to payout on withdrawal

Player's Complaint

I'm fairly new to this whole online casino gambling and I signed up at Mighty Slots online casino earlier in the evening on 02/13/17. I got a $1000 free no deposit bonus code from Real time gaming website. I played and seen that I had to play thru $1000 and got my max amount winnings of $150.00. I decided that I got my winnings I'm gonna keep playing so I did. And I was on a roll and was hitting big I got up to $13,000.00 at the most. I kept playing and when I started losing I decided to withdrawal my winnings of $8000.00. Filled everything out that I was supposed to and was confirmed my withdrawal was accepted and had to be reviewed. So I called wanting to know how long it takes for a payout to be processed. The agent then said when its been approved, it takes 7 – 10 working days. However, she then told me that they are not going to payout because it was only supposed to be played on the game Achilles which it never said anything of the sort that I had to. I told her I played thru the $1000 I was supposed to and received my $150.00 max winnings. And I decided not to withdrawal but to keep playing and won. She said that even though I did what I was supposed to that I didn't get the $8000.00 because it was a max of $150 withdrawable bonus. I told her that I won the $8000.00 after I met the amount to play thru. She was rude and kept interrupting me saying I breached the terms of the bonus which I didn't. I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold for about 8mins. Came back said supervisor was busy call back in an hour. I said I will wait on hold and she hung up on me. I looked on the casinos website didn't see any terms for that code I looked on realtime games page where I got the code didn't see any terms there either. I've attached some screen shots I took on my phone. Can you please help or point me in the direction of someone who can. Yes it was a free bonus code but I met the requirements and decided to use MY new acquired winnings to keep playing. This wouldn't normally bother me if I lost it all or only won just the $150.00 but this is $8000.00 that they are trying to not to pay me of. I won that the the right way and it's wrong and unprofessional. I'm getting married in a few months and really could use that money. I got extremely excited when I was doing that amazing winnings to help with the wedding and they destroyed that.

Unfortunately, if you've only been playing with a No Deposit Bonus, regardless of whether or not you've completed the wagering requirements the maximum withdrawal term would be applicable. The majority of the funds you were wagering with after the wagering requirement would be considered void and as such any winnings associated with them would also be void.

Further to this, unfortunately, the group that Mighty Slots is owned by are routinely non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service and are one of the most complained about groups we deal with. I will try to contact the operator and discuss their justifications for non-payment of the $150 but I need you to have realistic expectations regarding the likelihood of success.

I'll let you know if we get anything back from Mighty Slots.

After repeated efforts to contact this operator about your complaint we've received no response what-so-ever. I'm sorry to say that at this point I don't have any reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

As this operator carries no license and is unresponsive to other dispute mediation services there's nothing further I could suggest to resolve this issue.
