Player's Complaint

I won $10,000 on July 18/19 2015 and they won't pay me. I submitted my verification documentation and it was accepted. I have called, emailed and live chatted and they never give me a valid reason for not paying me. It hasn't even been approved yet. They just keep saying it has to be approved, but can't tell me why after a whole year it still hasn't been approved. I had a no rules bonus with deposit and had to wager $58,000..took me 2 days. I won the money fairly and I want to get paid. I hope you can help. Thank you.

Before I go any further I want to make you aware that you are one of a long succession of complaints that have been submitted against this group in the last 12 months that have received no response and - to the best of our knowledge - have not been paid. While I'm still happy to try and resolve your issue for you, I do want you to have reasonable expectations about our chances of success, those being rather low.

I'll let you know as/when we hear anything.

I've repeatedly tried to contact MightySlots with no success. As such I've issued a final email stipulating a deadline of Friday the 16th of September for them to get in contact.

I do want to highlight that the MightSlots website went offline earlier this week. This may not mean anything, but personally I consider it a bad sign.
