Player's Complaint

Hi im user [EDIT] on MightySlots and I was playing the slot games as I usually do on a daily basis and I started a winning streak and I hit on a regular pull $1917 dollars. I never won that much before so I took a screen shot before I continued on. Well I'm glad I did because I was never credited the $1917 dollars into my account. It acted like I never even hit it. So I contacted MightySlots and they gave me a reference number and said they be getting a hold of me in 1 business day. 5 days go by and I emailed them again asking if I could get an update and they sent me the same message back. So my complaint is, I was never got credited $1917 dollars.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with one of the most questionable operators in the business. They hold no license that we're aware of, are the single most complained about group at this site and are consistently non-responsive to complaint posted both here and at other sites.

In short, while I'll be happy to try and contact the operator for you, I hold out no hope of actually receiving a response. While we will try I want you to have realistic expectations from the start of this process.

I'll contact the operator and if we hear anything I'll let you know.

Unfortunately after several attempts to discuss this issue with MightSlots we've received no response from them what-so-ever.

At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of receiving any response from the operator. Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
