Hey guys MightySlots and PlentyJackpots owe me $6000 between them since January 2015. I have so many emails that I have saved I don't know what to send you. I have all the WINNINGS HAVE BEEN APPROVED emails also. I have phoned emailed and live chatted them at least once or more a month. They keep saying they are waiting on management for the next batch of winnings will be released. Let me know what u need from me and I will send it to you. If you will or can help me. Unfortunately this particular group are both non-responsive to player complaints and have a large volume of player complaints of exactly this nature coming in at the moment. In short I think it's unlikely we'll be able to have any influence over getting you paid. We'll still try to contact them, but I don't want to raise your hopes.

I'll let you know if we make any progress with this issue.

Hi grumpmik,

Unfortunately there really isn't much more we could suggest doing. The truth is that you've chosen to play with an entirely unregulated operators who have made a point of not cooperating or communicating with any 3rd parties. The only strategy that appears to have any success is hassling them constantly about the payment. That appears to have had some limited success for some other players, though I would stress that you have to remain polite at all times.

I'll let you know if we get anything back from them.

Hi grumpmik,

Sadly we've had no response what so ever to our repeated attempts to contact this operator. We've sent through a final email giving a deadline of Friday the 13th of May. If we haven't heard from them by then I'm afraid we'll have to closed this complaint and highlight it as a warning for other players.
