That there is a minimun of withdrawl is not in their terms. You can deposit from 5 euro on through your bank account. But as soon as you want to withdrawl you only can withdrawl a minumum of 200 euro. So you need to win at least 200 euro before you can withdrawl!

The operator's withdrawal limits are clearly advertised on the Payments page of their website. There are other payment options that offer lower limits that you may be able to access. You would need to discuss which are available to you with the operator.
