Hi. I opened and excluded with vstarbet because of gambling problems. I then felt I was better so I opened an account at mobilewins. It again got out of hand and I lost approx £900. It was only after that I realised they were both owned by progressplay ltd. my name address and dob were the same yet they say because my email was different it wasn’t flagged. I find this hard to believe given the new regulations to check location age etc. They still refuse to return the funds spent at mobilewins. Can you help please?
