Player's Complaint

I deposited and played through my bonus and wagering. From this I had around 850 left. I contacted support and they said I could withdraw 600. Which I did on the 1st of Jan. They said 6 working days for withdrawals. It's now the 7th working day. Documents are already verified from a previous withdrawal that i received. Support have been no help as usual. And I've had no emails back from the finance team.

Yes I'm aware they are blacklisted etc.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 24th of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Hi missplw,

We are not front line customer support for any casino. ADRs are intended as an alternative to the small claims courts. You actually have to make some effort to resolve your issue on your own prior to expecting us to invest our time and resources on your behalf.

I would also recommend that next time you are looking for someone to help you, you be a little more polite/respectful.

To be clear - you made no previous request to "not respond back" you simply demanded deletion or your complaint. While we will be happy to delete your personal information, which is non-public in nature, from our systems we do not delete complaints.
