This is not a complaint, it's a thank you (I can't see anywhere else to send you an email - sorry). I received a text to say I had money in my account a 500% deposit bonus 35 free spins. Even though I've signed up to loads of on-line casinos (through The Pogg so I hope you've received some dosh), I couldn't remember signing up to Mr James. Well, would you believe it, I had an account with them. Well, it was there, but I hadn't set it up. User name, password and my personal details had obviously been passed on by another casino and they'd set an account up in my name. Pretty naughty I'd say. This is something your members might like to be aware of perhaps. I 100% did not set this account up. Anyway, thanks to your website content I checked to see if Mr James was one of your recommended casinos and saw that it wasn't. I then used your search facility and found a previous complaint (in favour of the casino as it happens) where you mentioned that not only are they not recommended, but also any UK user is actually breaking the rules (or similar) because they are not regulated in the UK.
