Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Mr Sloty to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I requested a withdrawal of £1000 in March 2023. This withdrawal amount has since been returned to my player account twice (every 3 months) I have re requested it on both occasions and still haven’t received it. Live chat keep telling me to be patient and give the same boy answer before ending the chat.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
