Player's Complaint
OK, this issue has been going on for months. I have tried to resolve it by e-mail with [EDIT] and to cut a long story short it has been a pointless exercise. I had Neteller as the method and payments accrued over June, July and August failed. I had no notification of this, just happened to spot it in my account at MrGreen and MrGreen Evoke.
They advised I change back to bank transfer which I did, still failed to work despite the same details being OK in all my other affiliate accounts.
Then they said there may be problem with the 8-digit BIC as many have an 11-digit one. I explained the UK uses 8 digits and it can be either depending on your country. 8-digits work fine on all other accounts. They replied to this that I should revert to Neteller and they then asked me to provide my Neteller details by e-mail and they manually changed my payment method back to Neteller in both accounts. I checked this and the details are 100% correct. This was 10 days ago and I still haven't received my commission.
The amounts are 161e on MrGreen and 261e on MrGreen-Evoke and it seems they are clutching at strawas and guessing at possible reasons why I haven't been paid. They blame the details (all correct) then the changeover from Evoke (nothing to do with the MrGreen account which never changed).
It appears that a simple one or two Neteller or bank transfer payments are beyond them and after 2 months of e-mails back and forth my only hope is that thePOGG can contact somebody who can actually action these payments successfully. I give up on the e-mailing exchanges which now contain over 20 messages back-and-forth.
By the way I tried a final e-mail today and it bounced as the [EDIT] address at MrAffs is dead now.
Thanks [EDIT]

Hi dunover - welcome back!
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you, but you should be aware that we are experiencing communication issues with this group since the mentioned AM moved on. To check our stats we would need to agree to changes in the terms of our agreement, some of which we find unacceptable. No answers have been forthcoming regarding these issues.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
