Found for the Casino - MrSmith have enough evidence for us to establish that this player's account is unnaturally associated with other accounts. As such we'll take no further part in the representation of this complainant.

Player's Complaint

I won £897.80 from a £100 stake in which a £75 bonus was credited. After completing my wagering I managed to walk away and withdraw £897.80. A few days later I received an email telling me I broke their term 12.1. This term is "12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address." I have not got any other family member who have signed up to MrSmith and they are not providing me with any evidence based on there statement which is not true. I believe they are purposefully not paying me out and are using that as an excuse. They are withholding my winnings have have returned my £100 deposit back to my account. I firmly believe this is not legal nor ethical behaviour.

Hi alibong88,

I've taken longer than I usually would prefer to chase this issue with the Betsson group as there were some indications that they would re-open our previous discussion regarding the management of complaints. Unfortunately that now seems to have once again ended unsuccessfully.

As a UK player I would encourage you to take your complaint to MrSmith's officially selected ADR service IBAS.
