MrWin – Verification taking ages

Ruling

Resolved - This player appears to have resolved their verification issues with MrWin Casino without our intervention. Occasionally verification can take longer than standard but this is an anti-money laundering requirement that has to be met.

Player's Complaint

I have been a member at Mr Win for several months and have made several deposits but never won, however 6 days a go I won and made a withdrawal. I submitted all required documents the same day for verification so my withdrawal can be processed, and received confirmation e mail that they had the documents and had been forwarded to security dept. I was told verification takes 48 hrs, however 6 days on I have still not been verified, I have contacted them about the length of time and keep being told “You will be informed when you have been verified” The time length of verification is not acceptable and well beyond the supposed 48 hours. I just want to be verified and my withdrawal processed.

Hi dsford340 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

The verification process can take longer than standard on occasion where there are security concerns regarding the information provided or activity on an account. As this is a legal requirement at the operator end our intervention is highly unlikely to speed this process up.

I would suggest giving it a week or two and then returning if you still haven't been verified as I can state as fact that you will have to provide a permission letter to discuss your account before we can even take the first steps in this instance.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
