Player's Complaint

I have an verified account with mrWin for a week and when I tried to withdraw my money, 2686€ i was told that I have breached their terms and that my winnings will be voided. I have now found out that players from Slovenija are not allowed to bet with them but I was not notifed about this when I opened my account or when I deposited my money, just when I tried to withdraw my winnings they are saying they will be voided because I have breached their terms by betting with them. but I was normally allowed to open an account, deposit my money and bet with them. Can you please contact them about this as this is absurd. thank you

Hello, sorry for the late delay, the email was under spam. Yes of course I entered Slovenija, they accepted my account and all of my deposits as I deposited 1500€ to them. They accepted all of my bets, a total 10 of them and they just told me this when I tried to withdraw my winnings. And now they dont want to talk to me and just confescated all of my winnings, more than 1150€. And please do check, they have writen that players from Slovenija can not bet with them in their bonus terms, and I did not use any of their bonuses. In their main terms there is nothing about players from Slovenija not allowed to bet. And I also do not know what they are talking about when they also told me there was irregular betting activity from my side. I only betted big well known matches and I won so they simply decided to take my money.

I've spoken to the operator about this issue - they've informed us there was an error at their end, they've returned the funds to your account and that you simply need to log in and request a withdrawal.

Could you make a withdrawal and then confirm when you receive your funds?
