Hello,

I sent my bookie about my case which was missing money in each winning that I got and I provided the with all evidence that they need to look at my case seriously, but they keep sending me that I didn't miss any money from the Black Jack games and slot games. I sent all games that I recorded and I showed to them all issues. Still saying there was no issue and I received my complete winning. Could you please help me with this case? you can check all YOUTUBE links that I sent to them. This was the first email I sent to them. Please, let me know if you want all emails between me and the casino. Ticket#579959

In this video, I didn't get my full amount of winning.

My Balance was 1640.32 after adding my bet of $100, I won the game and I should get $200, but I only received $49. Now, I want $151 the rest of winning:

The Casino system was acting up. Please, look at the balance from the beginning until I received my winning. The Balance was 1676.32 and I bet $100 and as you can see in the video my balanced was changed to $1475.32 before placing the bet. So, I want here $201:

Fruit Zen Slot _ Scam 3 Video:

In this slot game, Please, look at the balance from the beginning and add the winning amount to it. So, it was $2142.32 . As you can see there was a problem. I won $304 and I got only $5. So, the balance was changed only to 2147.32, So I want here $299:

In this slot game, Please, look at the balance from the beginning and add the winning amount to it. The balance was 1887.32. I won $626. So, the total balance was supposed to be $2513.32. I only received $2397.32. I want here $116 right:

Another thing I want to add here. Please, check the whole slot history game of FRUIT ZEN game, because I had the same problem before,but I forgot to record it. So, I supposed to get $300-$500 more. Anyway, I am still checking my recording and I might send you new issues.

Hello, Can you tell me why are you asking me to get the unedited video? I can tell you. The casino is trying to get the original video so, they would not let me publish it on public. Anyway, this is the last thing I could do. Because I have many plans can affect this casino better than publishing the video. The casino is still trying to waste my time so I can forget about the case. Anyway, I will provide you with unedited video, but the video would have only my logo on it, because it is under Copyright. I will give the casino only 10 days to resolve my issue and return all my money that they have been stealing from me. You know what I mean about "ALL MY MONEY". After that, if I haven't received my money by Friday the 5th of February. I will assume the casino is refused to return my money. So, I can do my next steps. The operator has not asked for the video. I have. Nor have I asked you to publish it anywhere. If you are worried about your "copyright" you can send the file via any of the free file transferring services that are readily available online. Use the email address [email protected]. Please send a completely unedited version of the file.

Finally, this complaint file is not in the public domain. You are not speaking directly to the operator. Demands, deadlines etc etc etc serve no purpose. If we receive any further communications that appear to be threatening or attempts to extort an outcome, your complaint file will be closed and we will take no further part in the management of this case.
