N1 - Balance confiscated due to accidentally exceeding betting limit when wagering

Found for the Casino - This player has broken the maximum bet rule while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our N1 Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

First time player at N1 casino and used the first deposit bonus. I did not know that there was a max betting limit if you play with a bonus. They have let me play for 24 hours this way and did not warn me or what so ever. I managed to win 4850 euros and wanted to pay out some winnings. Then I got the heartbreaking news that I did not respect the T&C and therefore confiscate my whole balance of 4800 euros, because I exceeded the limit for the bonus of 100. In my opinion this sanction is disproportionally. I really would like to know if this is legal. Dont they have a duty of care towards unknowing first time players? I would have understand if they took away the bonus or a partial sanction was put in place. Thank you in advance!

Note, I just found TradaCasino through your website and signed up with them. They warn proactively with sending the bonus terms and conditions with the first email, so new customers are aware. This is how it should be done..

Hi vensku1 - welcome to!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Where you claim a bonus it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and adhere to the terms and conditions associated with thee bonus before you play. If you have gone on to place bets that are larger than those allowed when playing with the bonus you claimed the operator would be within their rights to consider the contract void and reset both parties to starting positions.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
