N1 Casino - Cashout got cancelled

Found for the Casino - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our N1 Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

I made 95eur deposit, and there was a deposit bonus.

I won about 3500eur from Troll hunters 2 slot, and after wagering the bonus deposit, i tried to cash out 3000 eur, and that got cancelled. Casino staff said that reason for the cancellation was betting more than was legal with the bonus active. The slot i was playing (Mental) didint let me make a 200eur bet (pop up saying bet is too big), but when i lowered my bet to 50 eur, it was fine, no popup saying that bet was too big.

Casino staff said that this 50eur bet was the one that broke the wagering rules and made my 3000eur win illegal.

After the cash out cancellation my balance got back to the original deposit amount (95eur)

I feel scammed because the slot let me do that about 50eur bet, but the same slot also had a pop up saying bet was too big when i tried to bet 200eur.

How should i proceed?

Hi tomppeli123 - welcome to

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Sadly there's nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. Where you accept a bonus you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. If you have exceeded the maximum allowed bet associated with that bonus the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

There is currently no regulatory requirement for operators to enforce this restriction automatically. If the operator have instituted any limits this is an additional extra rather than something that they have to do.

All we can suggest is that in future you ensure you read and abide by the terms of any bonus you accept.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
