N1 Casino - does not refund and breaks MGA Licence rules

My Name is [EDIT], I am 16 years old and from Germany.
I deposited 2x 500€ on N1Casino.
I wrote the support and requested a refund according to the MGA´s Directive 2 of 2018, Player Protection Directive, Part VIII 26 (3) "Where a minor, notwithstanding the checks put in place by the B2C licensee, manages to make use of the gaming service, the B2C licensee, as soon as it becomes aware that such player is a minor, shall take all necessary steps to prevent such minor from making further use of its gaming service and to return the minor to the state in which the minor was prior to playing, returning any monies wagered and confiscating all winnings, if any. "
Unfortunately they did not accepted to refund deposits made by a minor. I then contacted the MGA and they contacted N1 Casino. N1Casino then asked me about my Bank Details etc. I wrote them everything they asked for. But then they wrote the following "After a review of your case, you were denied a refund by our Administration. This decision is final."
Could you please help me to get my money back ? I created the Account in my mothers name, but all of the deposits came from my Bank Account.
