Player's Complaint

Dear Sirs and Madames, I learned the days that since October 13th, 2020 in Germany a deposit of more than € 1000 per player per month may not be exceeded (with the exception of documents this proves that you can deposit more per month, which I did not do have) and you are forced to set a limit or the casino sets it itself when registering. But this was not the case with N1 Casino and Slotwolf, I was able to deposit well over € 4000 over the last 2 months without any problems. In this regard, my question is whether I am entitled to a refund of the deposits, as these should not have been legally accepted. I also asked N1 Casino to block my account with immediate effect, but this did not happen and I was able to deposit money again without any problems, which I did not want and after the third request, my account was only blocked.

if you wish, i can send you the screenshots of the chats and the deposits.

Kind regards,

Hi joel14 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.

Thank you for the answer, but other casinos are also sticking to it, although they do not have a German license, they only adhere to the regulations that should apply to German players (maximum stake of € 1, 5 seconds per spin , 1000, - € monthly deposit limit, etc.) After all, N1 lets German players play in their casino without any problems, then German players shouldn't be allowed to deposit a cent there, or am I wrong?

Hi Joel14,

The business decisions of any operator are their own to make. The MGA do not take a position on their licensees accepting German traffic. As stated previously, this is not an issue that we can assist you with.
