Hello yes I had a bonus I accept it I played and won a total of $ 7000 and more but the customer service I asked for information on how it worked and explained that I had a bonus for them I had to play $ 5000 before withdrawing .. If you have exceeded the maximum allowed bet there is nothing we can do to assist you. Due to your breach the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

All we could suggest is that you ensure you read and abide by the terms of any bonus you accept in future.
