Dear Team,
I would like to make a complaint for the n1casino.com so im joining in jan 2022 and im enjoying and play and fun in this site so i make alot of deposits and withdrawal so I didn’t have any issue before in this casino as also I uploaded all my documents to verification my profile in first time i make withdrawal so now my issue habben from feb 2023 on 5-2-2023 i make withdrawal from my winning and the financial department rejected because he need the statement from my methods deposited by neteller account and also statement my bank also need the sources of my money all of it from my work as lawyer in company so the last requested withdrawal from 7-2-2023 until today the two requests withdrawal pending when im ask about the delay costumer live chat response always please wait your request on queue please wait no any sense for pending as the financial department request from me uploading all documents and explaining the information as i sent it by email , so what can i do about this issue and also befor 2 day live chat agent tell me the casino have an issue with payment provider and im contact the payment providrr neteller and he response to me no any issue and ur account fully active and the neteller bank was reseived money instant from accepting request withdrawal by merchent ‘ n1casino’ please check with casino and tell me a solution to get my funds 5000 usd as my last requests withdrawal on 7-2-2023, Regards, [EDIT]

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
