Player's Complaint

After losing over € 18,000 in this casino in just under a year, I suspect that the casino and the random number generator are not working correctly. I lost over € 2500 in the same slot in 2 days even though I played it permanently and with a stake of € 1. Furthermore, very often when I win, a verification was suddenly requested, which meant that I could not pay out even though the bank account has not changed, just so that I can continue playing and lose everything. Furthermore, the support gave me the wrong date regarding the end of the limit restriction just so that I can continue playing and lose everything. I have the feeling that something is being manipulated here and that customers are being treated wrongly on purpose in order to lose a lot of money

Hi Move87 - welcome to

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. What you describe is not remarkable. On an average slots game - we use Thunderstruck - wagering €10k (only 4x a €2.5k deposit) at €1/spin you would expect to lose more than €1.9k one in every 6 times. In short, slots games are high variance and losses of the size you describe are not unusual.

With regard to your other issues, it is normal to conduct verification at point of withdrawal and verification is an ongoing process, not a single event. However if you feel that something is being mismanaged you would need to contact us before playing down your balance.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
