Player's Complaint

I have palyed in N1 Casino and they declined to pay my withdrawal, because they say that I have a duplicate account. I only have one account and so I have not violeted any terms. Bonus was wagered in full before withdrawal and by the terms. They asked for documents for withdrawal and they approved them. Next they took away my balance and left only my deposit 100€.
