N1 - confiscated 29000€

Player's Complaint

hello I got 60 free spins starburst at N1 without deposit. I won 135 € with it and the wager was 50x about 6500 €. I did this in compliance with the bonus conditions. Then I played up to about € 32,000. Ultimately € 29,000 remained. The next day I wanted to make the payment. N1 confiscated all winnings stating that I had multiple accounts under the same IP address. It's just not true. I played most of the time on my cellphone and partly in the mobile network on the go. but never used a double account. It's about € 30,000 and N1 doesn't respond to me. I do not know how I can help myself because the allegations simply do not apply. I live in a single house. Nobody in this house (only my wife children and I live here) played except me. Nobody except me has an account. N1 does not send me any evidence to substantiate their suspicions. Please help me since I have seen at gamblejoe and CasinoGuru that N1 often gives these reasons for confiscation. Excuse me for my bad English I am from Germany.

Hi simon10000 - welcome ot!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
