Resolved - N1 Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

I registered and opened up an account at N1 on the 20.9.2020. After registering, I made a deposit which was successful, but after that I was logged out and could not log in anyore. I only get a text saying ''Dieser Konto wurde deaktiviert'' after I try o log in. I tried to contact the casino but never got an answer.
