Found for the Casino - This player has registered multiple accounts from the same household in violation of terms. As such there's nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

I have open account at N1 Casino and make two deposit with bonus and lost it. Third one i have deposit 25 euro and get 25 euro extra wchich i need to wager 50 Times. After wagering the whole amonut (1250euro) i have won 1815 in Total playing slots and black Jack live.This morning I have verified my account and was told that first cashout will be send to my bank account. Later on today i recieve an email from N1 one saying that i have duplicate account and they confiscate all my winnings from my account. I was really suprised because i was thinking that im only one whos playing in the house.(im living with my ex girlfriend and our lovely Child with down syndrom). I did not know that my ex partner have play before on this Casino till today. I have no knowledge until today that somebody else is also play at this Casino at the same address or IP address. After recieving that email from N1 Casino i have spoke with her and she admitt that she also have an account there and sometimes play there as well. I do not agree with the decission of that Casino because first of all when i make deposits i did not know that anybody else is playing on N1 Casino(i do not think somebody will ask that of question to anybody) , second i have wager the whole amonut(1250€) and win 1795 euro with my free moeny, third after first deposit N1 Casino already know that somebody else also have an account and they still let me make deposits and use bonus codes. [EDIT]. The have a system to check those information straight away, but im not able and at the beginning they should let me know that any winnings from bonus money Will be not pay out to me,They confiscate them like a mafia.I think after wagering the whole amonut they cant refuse to pay it out.

On the end of this complain i have to Say that im really happy i try to cash out money now instead of play longer and win like 100000€ and then get like a heart attack on Christmas time.My death will be super suprise for my very sick child with down syndrom(i was planning to tell about the winning to my ex and promisse super vacation for my daughter,her first trip to Poland to see the whole family at the Christmas day.) . Problem comes when i try to pay out and that is a big problem and i think thats to late to refuse to pay it out.

I hope somebody Will be able to help me with that issue.

Ps. Super gift from N1 Casino for coming Christmas....

And im sorry for the email... i have write it being very angry. I think that schould never happend to anybody whos play and win on online Casino.They might kill somebody one day if they will use that kind of practice

With respect to your claim - unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. N1 Casino carries the following term:

"Each player can create only one personal players account per person, household address, email address, telephone number, IP and shared computer. Creating multiple user accounts by a player will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses. The player should register personally. The player shall not provide access to his user account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors."

The above term clearly lays out the restriction of one account per household and quantifies the consequences of failing to adhere to this term. You agreed to this term at point of sign-up. While I do understand your violation may have been inadvertent, given that your account has been in violation of the term they are within their legal right to consider your account and all transactions that occurred on it void.
