Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.
[Last night they asked me again for my bank statement showing that the account is in my name, they acknowledged they got it and agreed yet are stonewalling me again]
I played and won 1438 dollars on a slot.. They told me because my bank account is a joint account it was considered a third party payment. The account has my name on it as well as my Fiances.
Before that I had to send 130 forms to verify who I am, I made the complaint with them and they said they considered it a third party still and refused to pay and said they would refund my deposit (I deposited 3 times that night, 50,50 then 200) and they're saying they'll only refund the 200 [ironic I can't win yet they seem to think its okay for them to keep 2 deposits from the same account I use] now they're making it hell for me to even get the 200. I have screenshots and proof and this is a pure scam, NO casino could be this greasy! They accept bitcoin which could come from a drug cartel as laundered money which is probably 3rd party yet because I used my OWN joint bank account they are claiming that it's third party! How would it even make it third party even if it wasn't mine. (It is and I sent proof) wouldn't that make it second party? Lol
Thanks for your help.... it sucks getting so excited winning only to have it taken and drug out for 3 weeks with over 100 emails sent and on Chat support 50 times atleast (not a joke)

I have all information showing my wins, and my bank statement showing my name on it with the deposits to N1Bet.
Ihave, pppppscreen shots of them thanking me for my bank statement and confirming itsmy account.
I risked 300 dollars on a very risky slot and won.. now they're trying everything to slip out of paying me.
I played by their rules and didn't breach anything... this can't be legal. Please help.
